PURPOSES OF PROCESSING:

To provide users browsing the website https://www.cucineturi.com/ with information about the company and its products, while also allowing them—upon request and subject to consent—to subscribe to the newsletter and contact the Data Controller to request information. Please note that access to and browsing of the company’s social media pages (https://www.facebook.com/cucineturi, https://www.instagram.com/turi.cucine.official/, https://www.tiktok.com/@turi.cucine, and https://www.linkedin.com/company/gruppoturisrl/) is unrestricted; the Data Controller has no control over browsing data on these pages, and the independent data controllers to be contacted regarding information concerning the data subject are the respective social media platform owners. You are therefore advised to review their privacy policies. Any personal data you provide when filling out the data collection forms on the website will be processed in order to respond to your requests for information or to send newsletters, subject to your express consent.

 

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

For site navigation data—such as IP addresses, domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL notation addresses, and the like—the legal basis is consent; for further information on cookies, please consult the relevant policy at this link: https://www.cucineturi.com/cookie-policy/. Personal data provided and collected for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (which includes advertising) are collected and processed only upon the specific consent of the data subject. Sending messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller or the DPO is optional and voluntary. Private messages sent by users to social media profiles or pages entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact details—necessary for a response—as well as any personal data included in the communications.

 

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The data is processed by data processors and persons in charge of processing appointed by the Data Controller, whose contact details are available upon request from the data subject. The data is not transferred abroad, with the exception of data relating to browsing on the social media platforms mentioned above, which is collected and processed by the owners of those social media platforms independently and without any connection to the Data Controller, GRUPPO TURI SRL.

 

DATA RETENTION

Browsing data is retained for 12 months and then destroyed;
Data used for sending the newsletter is retained for 12 months, or until the data subject requests its erasure.
Data collected in connection with enquiries to the Data Controller is retained for 12 months and then erased.
